Comprehensive Conservation Plan for Arulmigu Nellaiappar Temple, Tirunelveli
Project Description :
A Detailed Project Report for the identified priority intervention areas to enable immediate implementation on ground was submitted to TVS Group and THNRCE. Optimal and least invasive conservation solutions have been proposed and discussed with TN HR&CE and TVS Group and finalized in consultation with IIT Madras faculties.
Key Highlights:
A comprehensive study of the temple complex and the surroundings was conducted through 3D documentation techniques such as Photogrammetry and LiDAR survey.The project approach demanded an optimal and least invasive conservation solutions through Storm water management, solid waste and waste water management and weatherproofing solution.
