All 7 scheme is having multiple blocks, accomodated in minimun G+2 to G+7 buldings , constructucted 40+ years before. Al the buildings are in dilapidated condition & some cases alarmingly destressed that can cause any fatal cases at any time.

Key Highlights :

The schemes are having additional loading for over head tank (was not counted while done structural detailing before that causing severe cracks in Column, both horizontal & vertcal ), some unauthorize modification has also been done which is affecting the decades old skeleton of the existing structure.
