You have to appear in person compulsorily along with 2 nominees for registering your land. Legal seller will report along with the sale deed and lease deed. A contract is drafted as security and the land can be leased for a minimum period of 5 years. 90 days after sale deed your return payment starts. Every 7-10 days.
Once the registration is complete, you own the land. Yield will be credited in your account once in every 3 months. For the first year, even though there will be no yield in farm. Company will pay land leased amount for our customer financial needs.

You can lease your land up to 12 years, here your yield will go up to Rs.90,000. You can either sell the land after 12 years or you can keep it. If you wish to sell your land, you'll easily get a apprx. Profit of Rs.2,00,000/-. If you are reinvesting on the same land, you will get thrice the amount of Rs.90,000/-.
Profit will be 300 times more. If you are selling after that, the profit will be thrice (Rs. 3,00,000/-) yield will be Rs.6,00,000/-.
