With nearly 4 decades of experience, Raghu is known for his strategic thinking and far sightedness that guide Stanworth's growth. His exceptional leadership has not only driven results, but has strengthened Stanworth to grow from the ground up and reach phenomenal heights of success.
He has a clear vision for the organization and also believes in communicating his vision to his team - to drive results. Over the last 4 decades, his meticulous leadership has been instrumental in generating gainful employment for almost one million people in the industry. He holds a diverse interest across various domains including his passion for culinary skills, love for gardening, affinity and care for pets, creative and soulful involvement in civil engineering, and architecture.
Postgraduate in commerce with more than 2 decades of experience in Finance and accounts, Procurement, Payroll and taxation matters across various service industries. He has a strong understanding of financial concepts, regulations, and reporting requirements, as well as proficiency with accounting systems. Ameer Basha has been associated with UDS for nearly 19 years and handled various key functions.
An industry professional, Sonia Mital joined StanWorth in February 2024. She currently is the Senior Vice President – Head of Business. Sonia previously drove the Housekeeping Operations at erstwhile INOX Leisure Limited, now PVR INOX Limited for more than five years. Sonia started her professional journey with the Taj Group of Hotels, India as a Management Trainee and worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the UAE. She holds a Hotel Management Post Graduate Degree from IHM Mumbai.
Sonia Mital has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of StanWorth with responsibility for driving business and operational excellence across the brand. In this role, Sonia works closely with COO / Director for StanWorth and MD, CEO, CFO for UDS group to ensure strong progress against strategic initiatives, growth and margin targets, and talent development aspirations. She also has direct responsibility for key components of StanWorth’s platform, including the Sustainability, Strategy, Research, Procurement, People, Marketing, Digital & Technology.
In this capacity, she leads a powerful, one-of-a-kind platform that drives compelling advantages for StanWorth’s internal and external clients and is a key growth accelerator for the company.
Sonia is also the Founder and Chairperson of I- Professional Housekeepers Association, India & Gen -X Housekeepers by I-PHA, India, first Housekeepers Association in India and also is Founder Member of Asian Housekeepers Association (AHA).
With over 2 decades of being in the Hospitality Industry, Ramesh is experienced in planning, supervising and managing operations across all departments. A consistent performer with a proven track record of streamlining workflow, he is known for excellent communication, inter-personal relations, and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in multicultural environment.
Prior to joining Stanworth, Ramesh has had a vast experience of working with reputed brands like Taj group of hotels, Le Royal Meridien, Lifestyle Management Company and Cosy group of hotels to name a few. With passion and undying love for his profession, Ramesh envisions scaling the organization to extra ordinary heights of success with strategic planning and integrity.
